The contractor that was supposed to fix my fence ghosted me after promising to finish the job for two weeks. I contacted Ram Fence Company, and they came out the same day to measure and give me a quote. I was happy with the quote, and they came out the following day to complete the job. So far, I am very satisfied with my fence and there are no obvious problems with it.

David Ramirez is a true professional. He responded by phone immediately to my message requesting a quote and came out the next day to do so. He scheduled the job and was able to get it done a day early. Imagine my surprise and joy when I drove up and realized my fence was no longer leaning. The work is excellent and I have nothing but praise for Mr. Ramirez.

The subcontractors they used did a very good job. My issue is with RAM. 1) They had the subs putting one side of the fence on the wrong line - too close to the house, despite that fact we discussed it numerous, numerous times. Luckily, I stopped by to check on the progress and was able to get it taken down and redone before it was all the way completed. 2) RAM was supposed to come back and put the entire back side of the fence up after a concrete pad was installed. Mr. Davis from RAM connected me with a potential concrete sub. I met with him but because of confusion between what Mr. Davis told him about the project actual needs along with the fact he missed some items another concrete company pointed out (the size of pad had to be changed), I went with the other vendor. I let Mr. Davis know I was going with another vendor immediately but wanted to get the back fence completion scheduled. Although we were at first communicating regularly with quick text responses, now I couldn't receive a response for days when he knew I was on tight timelines. Of course, they were already paid for all the other work. My last text of "I would appreciate it if you could call me today" was finally responded with, "I'm out of town contact "David". In which I responded "who is David" (LOL!! seeing that he has been my ONLY contact on the fence project)... and I still haven't received a response to that last text in October. It cost me at least twice the money but I paid another vendor to complete the project. I just didn't want to deal with them anymore

RAM Fence first installed a chain link fence around our home two years ago. They were prompt and did an excellent job for a fair price. When we wanted to add a screened porch we looked them up again after several disappointing estimates. So glad we did! They did a phenomenal job, again at a fair price. They are MUCH more than a fence company!!! The workmanship and attention to detail was superior. The crew was amazing and they delivered exactly what Mr. Davis estimated, and then some. Will look to RAM for all our future projects.

After talking to several contractors we received from Ram Fence the lowest bid but also the promise of top quality work. Jerome and his team delivered! They were professional, considerate and hard-working. They completed a large job in two days - sooner than expected. They use high-grade materials for the fencing, as well as for the gates. David was fantastic. He was responsive, easy to work with, showed up on time, and answered all of our questions. He and his team did a wonderful job on our fence, they cleaned up the old fence and any mess. I could not even tell they’d been there. We will use him when we replace the backside of our fence in the spring.

Great experience! Jerome did an estimate, we called him directly when we were ready. They were able to start in about a week. Jerome and his team showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They worked efficiently, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves.Everyone was very friendly and professional. They also happened to be the best price, but we liked how professional Jerome was and the website featuring work was very helpful.

We had Ram Fence out recently to build our fence. Mr. Davis and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. David, the owner, was also wonderful to work with and even provided us with a referral we needed for another project. The fence is beautiful, and we are thrilled with the high quality materials and work!

Installation went well. From the time we got the OK from the HOA, we had a scheduled install date less than a week away. Sub's showed up on time and completed the install that day. We had a 10' gate and a 4' gate installed along with the fencing. They did a great job leveling the fence and it looks great! Only concern is some slight sagging with the 10' gate, which is to be expected to a certain extent with nothing but outside posts holding it. Should it get any worse, I'll give David a call to come out and fix! Otherwise ~ Great Price, Great Install, Very Happy with the Fence. We've also had several compliments and have given out Ram Fence's info to our new neighbors!

It went Great

Hands down the best fence company we have ever worked with. The owner showed the evening we moved in and gave us a quick estimate based on the survey. We wanted a fence up fast for our dogs and they delivered. The posts were done in half a day (in the rain) and the rest was finished two days later by two guys in about 8 hours. The fence looks fabulous. Our neighbors fences track the terrain and look uneven and wavy as a result. RAM set the panels so the fence was straight across with zero gap at the bottom for dogs to get out. Best looking fence of any we can see in the neighborhood. We were so happy we hired RAM to come seal/stain the fence a few weeks later. They showed up on time, left when done, and no mess behind.

I had originally hired someone else to build the fence, but he was a no-show the weekend he was scheduled to build it and didn't return phone calls or texts until almost a week later. I had the materials sitting in my back yard (killing the grass) and I was concerned that they would be sitting there for awhile unless I hired someone else.

I contacted David and he called me the same day, set up an appointment for the next day and was on time and prepared. He measured, gave me a bid, and wrote up the contract. He was ready to start right away, but I had to delay due to conflicting weekend plans. We scheduled it for the following Monday and it was finished by Tuesday evening. 

I'm extremely pleased with the fence, and the efficiency and professionalism of David and his crew. The fence is really beautiful. I am also thankful that they were able to turn what was a nightmarish situation into a positive experience! If everyone was like David, we wouldn't need Angie's List!
