Horrible. I was scammed out of paying extra after items were loaded even with a binding estimate. My stuff was put in storage for 22 days while I begged for information about where my furniture was and when I would receive it. They acted like I was being unreasonable! I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Claim through BBB for the extra $1500 I was charged was closed with no resolution from the company. There is a current investigation going on with the Texas DMV and many of Presidential Moving customers who have been scammed.
