Work was completed in two-days, and a very nice job. I was surprised and dissappointed that the company would NOT honor it's 5% Senior Citizen discount it listed on it's web site (said they did not give discount any longer).

Horribly. What a difficult experience. The estimate was done without my speaking with the person who performed it. The job was then done but wrong- wrong locations and hooked up a downspout to drain into the house when it had been set up to drain away). When they assessed the job (and finally met with me) they even admitted it was a poorly done job. They redid the job, but it took another 3 weeks to do it and it was done reluctantly, but it was done. They were initially referred to me by another company. When I told them about my trouble they said they have no longer been referring them because others have had problems!

My gutters look awesome! It is the first thing neighbors comment on. For historical bungalows, copper half round is worth the extra cost. Kurgan did a great job, the shoulder joints are clean, so you don't see drips and runs at the joints. Their crew wore gloves; this protected the copper from the oils of their hands, which causes premature patina. The only thing I would do differently is paint first, then do gutters as the painter got paint on my downspouts.

The team was personable, and did a good and quick job in stifling heat.
