+ -1 moreI was extremely pleased with all the services provided. Jose has an excellent and dedicated crew that did a great job cleaning, preparing, and applying paint, stain, or sealer to various surfaces. The crew was very respectful of our property and courteous to us arriving at work each day at 8:30am and leaving each day at 4:30pm after a thorough cleanup of the work area. Jose made several suggestions to us concerning the paint work which enhanced the overall results. I was especially impressed with the quality of the power washing and application of oil-based semi-transparent stain on the large deck and stair set. The power washing of the deck included the underside which had never been done by other service providers. It goes well with his philosophy to do the job correctly and do it well. I would definitely hire Jose and his crew again as well as recommending him to friends and neighbors looking for the types of services he offers. I learned about him based on the recommendation of neighbors who used him for interior painting and exterior deck cleaning/staining.
Description of Work: Jose provided exterior cleaning, painting, staining, and sealing services for my 2300 sq ft home, 600 sq ft deck/stairs, and 1400 sq ft driveway/walks. Services included power cleaning of vinyl siding, gutters, deck (topside and underside), driveway/walks, and caulking and sealing of all 38 windows. Painting included one primer coat on all exterior wood and gutters as well as soffit/facia surfaces, two finish coats on rear wood surfaces, and one finish coat on sides and front wood surfaces.
