Green Hills Plumbing

The land lord contracted with Green Hills to complete the repair on the shower.  Therefore I don't have the cost.  The plumber called in advance of his visit, and arranged a time to come by, and discuss the job to insure he had what he needed for the repair.  On their first visit the primary issue was corrected, the seat and spring needed to be replaced in the faucet handle.  Upon my inspection after the work was completed I discovered that when the shower was on there was a small amount of water seeping out from behind the faucet and onto the 'chrome' sleeve.  I was concerned this may be leaking in the wall behind the 'chrome' cover plate.  I called back after hours and left a detailed message about the issue. The owner called me back within 45m, concerned about the issue and desiring further details.  I explained the situation wasn't critical but needed to be addressed, They arranged a time the following week to come out and correct the issue.
