A good clue that this establishment cares nothing about you is indicated the moment that you arrive. You are required to stand out in the hot sun/rain while they take your information through a tiny slit in the window of their air-conditioned room. This is a brand new million dollar building, yet they couldn't install a cheap awning to keep us out of the rain? That is the least of their problems though. We were charged $383.88 for two tows and three days of storage because they wouldn't release our car. The girls in the office were not very helpful to say the least. They made mistakes that caused me to have to leave and come back three different times, the last one being they didn't have change. "Sorry, I forgot to tell you", was what she says, I'm giving them 380$ and they gripe over 3 bucks. Then after getting the correct change I had it wrong by 50 cents and she made me leave again to get that. This place is the worst, they make their living off of other people's misfortune. How do they sleep? Use your local gas station for tows, at least they aren't stealing for a living.

This should be a $65 job, but he charged $130 saying, "We charge more when it snows".  "I'm on commission too".  Took 5 minutes to move my vehicle as the left rear tire was against a log and could not go down the drive way (Just 30' up the drive).
