+ -1 moreI received no call from the company from 12/13/2012 until 1/8/2013. While I was away from home, the service technician came to my home and replaced the evaporative cooler. They never called to say the part had come in or to make an appointment to make the install. After the technician left, I found that my problem had not been corrected. I had to contact a different company. See review of Covenant Heating and Cooling.
Description of Work: Technician came out to troubleshoot the heat pump. He was not very friendly and spent about an hour looking at the unit. He said that I had a bad evaporative cooler and he'd have to order one. This service was conducted on 12/13/2012.
