Regarding the regular lawn mowing:
They have done a very good job. Beautiful Lawns is the first company that I have found that is very professional in terms of team work. They do not just have one person with a lawn mower, but two or three guys who come out with professional equipment and take care of the job very quickly. After they cut the grass, they leave me a bill, which I pay by check.
The owner is polite with respect for his customers. The team is very busy, with mostly large apartment or office contract work and some homes. That means it can take a little while to hear back after I make a phone call. That said, I'm not usually in a rush and don't mind (but some might be, which I why they're rated and quot;Band quot; in responsiveness.) and also take care of a few homes due to which I had to make a few calls when I needed them out for the landscaping work.
Regarding the major landscaping work:
They did an excellent job and paid attention to detail. I told the owner what I wanted and needed and they did exactly that; plus, he made a few excellent suggestions or went ahead and did the logical things. There were a couple of things that the team forgot, but when I spoke to the owner, he came back out to fix it. Also, he plans to follow up with some weed care and reseeding — so it wasn't a once-and-done thing. I will hire him for such work again.
