Dean and his team came in to replace the tile floors in our bathrooms. He stayed true to his project timeline even when issues popped up. He involved us as he went making sure we were aware of what was going on. He offered multiple options for other potential changes and wasn’t pushy when we declined. He was very detailed up front and made sure we were comfortable with everything before beginning. He was even able to postpone the start date when we needed to delay a day.

What a amazing experience ! Dean and his crew was very professional and answered all our questions. He kept us informed and updated us as he went through every stage of the project. We recently purchased a whole house water system and had a great experience with Dean.k he was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. Here is my story ! when me and my husband decided to get our whole house water filtration installed, we went ahead and called a couple of companies around Nashville, they were asking for a fortune, so we decided to buy our own and look for someone to install it for us for a reasonable price . Our installer Dean.k was outstanding. Very knowledgeable He lined up the equipment perfectly against the wall so I can still use my shelves was super thorough in telling me how to use everything and super polite. We hired bathfixllc . DEAN KOUKA and his crew were awesome! Their work is beautiful and we are very pleased with the finished product. DEAN was very personable, polite, and respectful to us and our home. They made sure to cleanup and were very careful in not causing any damage as they did the demolition of the old shower and then the installation of the new shower, water proof flooring,vanity and a new toilet. We got our 1500$ off and let me.tell you something i did my homework and got multiple estimates this was the most affordable high quality one . Im happy I got them for my bathroom remodeling. We also greatly appreciate our design consultant as well he was very knowledgeable and helped us pick exactly what we wanted in our bathroom install. Greatest decision ever!! I decided to upgrade my walk in shower . I started my research i got so many estimates from other companies that were so expensive for my budget until My friend recommended Dean with BATHFIX . He said he is a pro and gives affordable prices so i called . he was very respectful and professional after that i scheduled the free in home estimate. The Price was very reasonable and I got the 1500$ discount as well . It was a deal that I couldn't miss So i decided to go for it . DEAN k was extremely knowledgeable and understanding with all my questions. Our installer Dean K was very timely, worked above and beyond to ensure all our concerns that were addressed and that the end result was everything we had hoped and more!.
