Bought leather sectional in June. Delivered with tear in leather on console. Took picture and sent it to Ashley and a replacement piece was ordered. It was over a month before they came out to do repair. The wrong piece was ordered. Repairman tried to fixed loose stitches--didn't do a very good job. One of the recliners wasn't working properly and it was determined that it had to be replaced. Another piece of leather and the recliner mechanism was ordered. It would be November 3 before they would come back. In the process of fixing recline the handle to put the footrest up and down was broken--now, we are looking at another few weeks before they will be back. I quess the quality of the furniture is poor. Repairman says they work on a lot of sofas this style. Good thing we bought the warranty upon purchase, but we are not happy.
