I had tried the Salvation army, but everything has to be on a lower floor and Lemmerz had no complaints about moving around my condo to pick up things. Movers are not a good choice because they do not pick up items for disposal, however these items were in good condition i.e. exercise machine, extension ladders, old floor lamp etc.. Yesterday afternoon went well and I am on my way to spring cleaning. Also, Lemmerz is very polite to call because Jeff himself answered and it was easy to have a pick-upand make an appointment.

I live in a 850 sq ft cottage and it was filled to the top with trash along with the shed. I hired this company to come in and remove everything. They didn't leave one corner untouched. They also hauled everything away leaving no evidence that there was once anything there & they had two stake trucks full of junk & garbage. They completed their work in one day, I couldn't believe it. It would have taken me a month or longer. They also do lawn maintenance and I have already hired them to do that. Again it was at a very fair price. Good people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also know he does winterizations too.
