"This customer purchased a wood insert to be installed as well as a chimney liner. Customer was given the price of the insert and the liner as well as installation but after installation stated he did not know there were additional charges for installation. We have copies of the invoice proving this was provided as well as court documentation were we had to file a lawsuit in order to get the remaining balance on the unit, liner, and installation."
