I had a very disappointing experience with Pure Perfection, owned by Josh Hensley. Despite the name, there was nothing ?perfect? about the window installation ? the window was flawed, and the workmanship clearly did not meet reasonable standards. Worse than the poor quality, delays, and non-communication was the complete lack of professionalism. When I raised concerns, Josh refused to take ownership of the situation. Instead he blamed his distributors. To top it off, after NO communication for over a month- I pushed for accountability, Josh became hostile, used profanity, and even threatened to place a lien on my home ? an outrageous and completely uncalled-for reaction to a customer simply asking for the job to be concluded after months of waiting. If you?re looking for quality work and respectful, timely communication, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.?and at the very least get a completion date put in your contract to hold him accountable and to not delay your project.
