Results exceeded my expectations. The job was very thoroughly done. You can't imagine how much cat hair he pulled out of the carpet! Roger was very professional, honest about expectations (which I appreciated). Everything he said he could do he did... he did a great job! Would highly recommend him!

Have streaks on the carpet . The regular carpet in oneroom is good . But the barber carpet does not look bright. he left some stains and had to come back again .

This was a quick and relatively inexpensive service. The results weren't as clean as I would have liked. The edges do not look like they have been cleaned. Also, they did my two area rugs for a very reasonable price and explained beforehand what to expect, so I wasn't surprised or misled, but my area rug that had pet urine still smells.
