It was so great to be able to use my laptop again after I had forgotten the password and been locked out of it for 2 years. He had the laptop fixed in less than 30 minutes. He removed the viruses that were slowing down my desktop. John was very easy to talk to, and helped me to understand what he was doing and how to use the anti-virus program and avoid viruses.
