I am a former Marine, and I know how to get in, get the job done right and in a timely, orderly fashion, and get out. Leaving the client delighted with the results. Many of our clients are referrals, which we strive for. We understand that so many people have had or have heard about bad experiences with contractors. So we follow the golden rule of treating you the way we would like to be treated. We want you to enjoy your project as soon as possible. Eric has been in the pool business for 10 years and has experience both building and remodeling swimming pools. He is also a master spa technician and a licensed electrician. We build outdoor kitchens and spaces as well. We are fully insured and licensed. The job was completed in approximately one hour. I was pleased with the work that was done. However, I do believe the hourly rate is quite high, but I chose Blue Diamond Pool because their listing indicates they are former U.S. Marines, as my husband is also. The charge for the gallon of RV antifreeze was VERY expensive, and in the future I ill be sure to have a gallon on hand.

Campbell pool and spa was at my house 3x over a 1.5 month period and wasn't able to do what this guy did in a short period.  They also were difficult to get on the phone and schedule appointments.   Southern Elegance was responsive, prompt, honest and affordable.    I will definitely go with them again should we decide to purchase and replace our spa.  Highly recommend.

Eric has come in and serviced our Hot Tub on two occasions and both times he has been a true professional. He could have replaced a couple of items and made more money; but recommended that we go another direction to save money. In other words, he didn't try to bilk us for stuff that did not need to be done. All work of this type is expensive. However, I felt that Eric priced his service at a fair range and did not try to take advantage of me.

I called this company to do my pool closing for the first time and to repair some concrete around the pool. (I just moved to this house a few months earlier and this was my first experience with any pool.) They were punctual, the estimate was very close to actual cost, questions were answered adequately. I will be using them for pool opening in the Spring and any additional pool needs. As they drained the pool for closing, it was discovered that the previous owners had painted over problems with the plaster and I ended up having the entire pool sandblasted and re-plastered. (therefore, the high cost) I graded a B (good) for quality because I haven't had a chance to really inspect the plaster job as I was out of town for much of the work and now the pool is closed. The concrete work was excellent, timely, and on budget.
