Advanced Water Systems

We scheduled an appointment to get our water filter fixed. They not only didnt show up or call on the day scheduled, but then didnt return our call after we left a message. They have the worst customer service!!

The installation didnâ t go very smooth because of our old pipes that were clogged but they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great water is very important and I am al for preventing rather than treating. Price wise it may appear expensive at first but if you spread it over the 25 years warranty it is not bad at all. I would recommend Tennessee Water and Air Technology to everybody who considers a great water system.

I couldn't ask for better service.

The salesman came to my house and said the water softer I had was old and not working correctly. I purchased this house 3 weeks ago. He said it would be $3,500 for new water softer. When the installer can to install a new one he said there is nothing wrong with it. I found the paperwork on the unit the previous owner had left and saw it was 4 years old.

The representative John Morris was very knowledgeable about the product and what it could do for our water. He also followed up the day after the install to ensure we were completely satisfied. The installer, Chris, was a pleasure to have in our home. For a young man, he was very knowledgeable and talented when it came to sweating cooper lines; something I never have felt comfortable attempting. In summery, you can not find a better company to do business with. We are very pleased with the product, and the people.
