Goodman's was called to fix ice maker. Tech came on10/14/15 to replace power module. He said that would fix it. Charged 233.59. Since that didn't fix it , we called company again that evening and the next day. The tech finally came out. He says we would need to replace the ice maker part. Another 65.85 for part. He did the work. Several hours later ice maker still did not work.
We called company again to talk to Donna. She said tech is out of town 4 days. We complained we had spent approx. 300.00 and still no ice maker. She stated she didn't know that ice was that important! We have waited 4 days, called company again. Donna says they may come on Wednesday 21st. I do not trust Goodman's to work on an appliance for me ever again.
