TC was very honest and upfront about all costs. They provided a complete estimate at the beginning and were flexible with us adding things in as we went. We have never seen such a clean worksite! Their level of professionalism exceeds anything we've ever experienced. The contractor and business owner, Wade Townsend, was seemingly everywhere at once, demanding perfection. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and he actually listened to what we had to say and added ideas when they were solicited. A more easy-going and honest contractor would be impossible to find.

From start to finish, communication was outstanding. We had never worked with such professional builders. The job site was always neat and organized. Their quality of workmanship was worth every penny. It is extremely nice to work with a company and group of men with such a solid work ethic, especially the contractor, Wade Townsend. We could not believe the facelift he and his company carried out. We couldn't be happier with our and quot;newand quot; home.
