tree service
 + -1 moreThe contractor performed the tree work as agreed. However, at some point someone ran over our flagstone sidewalk with a truck and caused substantial damage. Two employees were sent after a week or so and performed a substandard repair of the damage. (Even the owner agreed it was not acceptable). I got an estimate for the repair and submitted it to the owner who then offered to get his own estimate and have the repair completed. To date (3 weeks) i am unaware of any additional estimate the repair is not complete. So far I have heard nothing from the contractor on this. It is unclear why this remains an issue since his business card states that the company is insured. Since there are many reputable tree service companies from which to choose I would not select Superior Tree Service in the future.
