I highly recommend Jeff and his crew. He explained everything he was going to do and why, and since I am a detail person, I really appreciated that. Jeff was prompt in answering my first inquiry and also in arranging a time to come and look at my guttering and give me an estimate. He noted that the gutters were loose in an area due to the fact that when the metal roof was installed shortly before I bought my home 2.5 years ago, they neglected to install "starter" under the entire edge of roof, which prevents water from running back underneath, possibly onto the fascia wood. I had an area of about 15ft of rotted wood that he replaced. He also had additional starter fabricated and installed it where needed. The gutters he installed include a special guard that prevents a hard rain from over-shooting the gutters, which often happens with a metal roof. His work is excellent and his price is fair. I was also pleased to hear he has expertise in designing and installing drainage systems for the yard, and hope to have him back to address this very issue I have in my back yard.

Prompt response when first called for estimate.
Price was reasonable and included all labor and materials; there was no hidden cost.
There was a time lag between ordering materials for the front porch and installation. I am under the impression that the company where the materials were ordered misplaced my order.
I would use this company again.

The owner was extremely responsibve and flexible. And went above and beyond in their service!. It took about 10 hours to complete. The job ste was clean, the final product was great and everything is working as designed. The owner lso stated if there were any issues he'd come back and he warrantied his product and workmanship.

in 2006 We had a problem with water coming off a steep roof in a valley and overshooting the gutter. They hand-built a sheetmetal catch box that then fed into the gutter and it solved the problem. They also replaced a long section of gutter along the back of the house.
I contacted them in January 2014 (or tried) to get an estimate on another job, but their phone number listed on Angie's list was disconnected and I couldn't find a different number online. I am assuming they have closed down the business or moved, which is why I say I won't use them again.

I am impressed with the work and the way my gutters look. They are holding up well and I really cannot say to much besides that I am happy with the outcome. I would hire them again if I ever need another replacement but I shouldn t for a very long time.
