I have a big issue with bugs in my home. I thought Orkin would be a good company to go with from what I have seen on T.V. I had my first initial serve and ask for the tech to come and spray again. I have rearranged my schedule missing work and changing plans so is to be home with he arrived. Waited around all day two weekends in a row and then another weekend. All I got was excuses to why I did not get a call, or why they were not able to show up. Was not happy with this company. If I had to give an over all rate it would be D.
