The guy was nice, polite and professional. The price he quoted on the phone was the price he charged, and his price was fair. He stayed until the job was done and I was extremely satisfied with the work he did. I saved his number in my phone and will definitely call him when it needs to be done again.

After digging into the yard and removing the lid I was very pleased to find out that it didn't need pumped out but had a minor plug that he was able to knock down into the septic tank. He was very nice, has a good sense of humor and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again when the need arises.
