Home Building
Horror Story ! (1) Interior wall out of Plumb more than 1" (2) Did Not String Trusses Which Causes (A) Upstairs walls snake in and out approximately 1 1/2 ". Will probably have to remove drywall and make new walls, moving electrical components, etc. (B) Roof the wave up and down (C) Fascia board which you mount the rain gutter to goes up and down Plus in and out (3) Deck which goes all around the home (except the garage area) sags approximately 4" because footers were poorly installed. Will have to redo deck trim, Plus etc.? (4) Built an over-sized garage to have a covered exterior entrance for the basement to accommodate the ease of furniture, water heater etc. Still want an exterior entrance. Now will have to dig one on the opposite (west) end of the home and install another driveway.
