Ken was really great to deal with. He worked around our schedule and charged a fair price for the plumbing we requested. He is very methodical and meticulous about everything he did. I like the fact that he is military veteran and that he stands behind what he does. Dealing with Ken took me back to a time when a person's word was his bond which is a rarity in this day and age. While he was at the house I had him examine a flooring issue that we are having in our master bath. Ken crawled up underneath the house and took multiple pictures and took the time to explain to me what was going on. Basically the repair is not going to be as extensive as we thought that it would be. We had received a previous estimate that was four or five times what we actually needed. He even explained the problem so that I could understand what we really needed. My wife is thrilled to finally have this home repair finally taken care of correctly. I have already planned to have him come back and take care of some other issues that we are having.
