We were actually out of town but they stopped in. We had already talked with them a couple of days before and set it up. They knew we were going to be out of town. We told them that we didn’t have any problem with them doing the job in our absence. They came and did a wonderful job. They were really knowledgeable. They gave us a lot of help on other trees, shrubs and bushes in our yard and they told us a bunch of different stuff.
