We have an annual contract with them but the first month of the year we hire them as it is spring and there are all the spiders and stuffs. We pay $80 for first month and for the three quarterly its $60. We like that they send the same guy every time, so we don’t have to repeat about the issues and concerns. He comes and he knows what we want and he does it.
