This is the first time we have used Tennessee Valley Mechanical, LLC. When my husband called and explained our air conditioning system was not working, Kenny told him he would be out later that morning between 9:00 and 11:00. True to his word, he arrived at 9:50. He was very professional and courteous and had our system working within a couple of hours by replacing the motor and capacitor that had gone bad. Due to the age of our unit, 27 yrs. old, I'm very appreciative that he didn't just try selling us a new unit, but instead advised us that we should be able to get another few years out of it. I highly recommend him to anyone needing Hvac service, in fact we will be using his services again to install a new gas line for a cooktop we're installing.

Approx 11 months ago I had my fan replaced in my unit. Last week, I called Kenny about the fan, it sounded like it was going out. Kenny came out the next day (no questions asked) with fan motor in hand. Changed it, NO CHARGE, this company STANDS behind their 1 year parts and labor.....I have to tell you, this is the best company, and best people I have ever dealt with. They call you back the same day. They come out usually the next day, but if it is and emergency, he will be there the same day, no matter what time. He charges by the job, not the hour, so you never have a surprise bill. A pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company you won't be sorry!!!!

I had just moved into my home and called them to have my unit looked at , since it wasn't heating. When he came out, Kenny (the serviceman) found the freon was low and the motherboard was chewed up by a mouse, he re-freoned the unit and ordered the motherboard. Kenny did get it working until the motherboard came in 2 days later. He did point out a loud noice the unit was making and said it was the reversing valve and that he would lubricate it with hope it would work, instead of replacing it. Then when summer came the fan went out, once again Kennny was here and fixed it. When winter came the reversing valve did go out, and that was replaced. I haven't had any problems since then. I just want to add. This co charges by the job, NOT per hour, so there is no surprises when you get the bill. Also they do quality work. All well as PARTS and LABOR are guaranteed for 1 year.

They got my unit through last winter but it was 22 years old so it was finally time to replace it. They did very well and I think I got my money's worth. They checked the duct work to make sure it was the right size before they installed anything. They actually sized it as a smaller unit than what I had. I heard about them through my neighbor and I am very happy with them.
