I would or will hire them again. Did a great job. Cut down a tree near power and cut it up better than what we discussed. One big tree but hard to get to and close to power.

I had Matthew remove one very large tree encroaching on my house and some trees along a fence line that were coming over onto my property and he made quick and easy work of it. He and his crew were prompt, worked efficiently and left the area looking really good. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I need tree work. Big plus that he is not booked out 4mos. It only took 3 days to get him onsite.

This young man owns his own business. He is professional, courteous, very fast, and gave me several options that would allow me to save money. I would recommend him to anybody he took down a really big tree in about an hour. If you try to go with someone cheaper make sure they show you their insurance! I was going to go with someone less expensive and when I asked him about their insurance they ghosted me. Be aware that not everybody is insured! This young man is and does an excellent job!

"I apologize for the inconvenience! I stated to you several times and even spoke on the phone with you about it needs to be completely dry to lay your tree down. At the time of the scheduled day to start the job it was raining. The week of the job it rained off and on for several days. I also at this time had other jobs lined up that did not require it to be dry. I do apologize for not contacting you and have been extremely busy. Thank you!"

"I apologize for the inconvenience! I was paid to remove the fallen pine tree on your home. That job was completed with no further damage to the house. I also stated while I was talking to you in the area after the tree was removed that the yard was leveled the best that I could get at that time. You then asked about more work which I stated if I was to come back and do more work I would bring a bucket to try and grade the yard better. The job I was paid for was completed. Thank you!"

Working with Matt was a pleasure, very knowledgeable & professional. He is responsive and completed job on time as quoted. Only reason not a 5 star rating, due to wet conditions equipment needed for the job resulted in lawn & shrub damage which Bright didnâ t have necessary type of mats / material to lay down to minimize extent of the damage. A lesson learned on my end for any future tree removal needs on property in tight areas.

Loved our contact with Matthew. He is open to any requests we made for him and he even tackled a huge knot of grapevines that had wrapped around the power lines. Was prompt, quick and just an all-round good guy. We'll definitely use him in the future! Cost-wise, he was a bit pricier than a few we know but he completely cleaned up whereas others didn't want to do that part of the job. Many thanks, Matthew!

Matthew is knowledgeable & helpful with what he can do to get things right & did the cleanup of someone elseâ s mess, with out a complaint! He had the equipment to makes the the job quicker & didnâ t have to listen to a wood chipper going all day, he hauled it all away & he puts it in writing! I would recommend him for any tree jobs you might have!
