I met Blaine and his father, Ron in December. I instantly knew they were the people I wanted to do the job. As we walked around my yard I was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy. I was particularly happy to hear they'd been in this business for 3 generations. I interviewed two other companies getting the obligatory 3 references. The difference between the 2 and Blaine was night and day. Neither of them really knew what they were doing. One, it seemed had to check with my engineer on every step. Blaine knew exactly what to do without consulting anyone (except sometimes his dad)- they were a Team! They are the experts. The job was finished sooner than expected. I've never seen people work so efficiently.. They worked in tandem with the structural engineers specifications. Although I don't think they needed his instructions. They left a very clean worksite (after excavation work!) I highly recommend this excellent company.

I had standing water in my yard for some time now and I needed someone asap to adress the drainage problem in my back yard. I contacted them through home advisor and Blaine got back to me within minutes. Within hours he was at my home talking me through the work that would be done and the next day I received a bid. He had an operator on the site within a week of initial contact and the work performed was exactly executed to the specifications they laid out for me for the initial bid. The men were on time everyday and took no breaks except to go on lunch. The work afterwards was immaculate, absolutely perfect, the way I envisioned. Blaine sent me an invoice and it was in the range he quoted me for the work. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, work ethic, and great pricing for otherwise expensive work. I would highly recommend them

They got back to me unlike another on HomeAdvisor. They came when they said they would unlike another on HA. They do what they say. Eager to please. Good people to work with.

Well it took a few weeks before they got started, once they did, the service was ok.

Despite the weather, they worked my small project in, at a very affordable price. They were very professional.

I hired BH for a large project (>22$K) to dig out around 28 by 48 garage, remove at least a ~half dozenâ large (>30â diameter) hardwood stumps and felled timber, and build large parking area. BH has the services of several very talented workers who listened to what I wanted and were able to use their knowledge of grading, etc. to make it all come together. The finished project is way better than what I had envisioned going in. The only â problemâ we ran into was a company (that I will not name) that charged $900 more than what they quoted on the rental of a large 50K# rock hammer - oh well, guess that is on rental company who will not be getting return business, IIn summay, yes I would highly recommend BH: A+++ !
