I asked for an estimate of how much drying out a kitchen usually costs and they said a
service technician would call me. They did not say they could come out the same day without an estimate or
tell me how long it would take to get a call. I did not receive a call back until the next day. When someone's kitchen is flooded, they usually don't want to leave water logged tiles and wet carpet in the nearby areas overnight or for multiple days! They could have been upfront about the wait for an estimate or a retainer cost. One of their main competitors was upfront about this and managed to return my call the same day within hours of my call. I went with them instead. I never did get a true estimate from either company, but they do have retainers and they should be able to tell you those up front.

Service Master did a good job on my carpets. They look so much better now. They got a stain out that I was not sure would come out. That was great. The worker was very nice. I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to others.

I have had wonderful service with ServiceMaster. They were reasonable, convenient and one of the biggest things that we liked is was that they were able to get the stairs out of our carpet. They stuck to the appointment time that they said they would be here.

I have been using them for awhile now and every time I need my carpets washed I just call them. I really like the soaps they use and their techniques. They get the carpets to dry very quickly and do a really good job.

ServiceMaster always does a great job on my carpets. They take extra time on the high traffic areas and places where there are visible stains. The people that come out are friendly and helpful. A few times they had to help me move some stuff and were very careful and had no problem doing it.
