Masonry Work
Provider said that we didn't need to replace the top and that he would just re-surface it. Finall job looks uneven and sloppy. The material that he applied started to flake off within 3 months. He claimed that the material he troweled on was something that he mixed up himself with glue and would last the rest of my life time. We called him to come back and he never showed up.
