+ -1 moreExterior french door frame work with dry rot was to be replaced. The receipt states this was done, however the framework dry rot was just painted over. We will seek reimbursement.
Description of Work: This company was used by the seller of a recently purchased house to do repairs we requested as part of the purchase agreement. Cedar siding that was replaced incorrectly caused the flashing to be "nail" punctured, causing a leak costing us $1,000.00.
