+ 0 moreI'm satisfied with all the work that was performed. Have had no leaks to date. They replaced all boots and ridge vent, did not reuse old one's. Cleaned out gutters of all debris and nails. Took magnet and went all around house to get any loose nails Hauled off all old shingles and debris.This job took about a week start to finish. approx 5,000 sq.ft of roofing for all 3 roofs.
Description of Work: The house an 2 outbuildings where damaged by the hail storm back in 2011.The men showed up and removed the old shingles and loose tar paper. Then they applied new tar paper back on the roof and new shingles over that . Did not get in a hurry and start cutting corners,took their time and paid attention to detail.Did the house and each building one at a time ,so that the bare roof would not be exposed to the weather in case of rain.

Description of Work: RPM Construction installed hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room. He mixed two colors to match our existing floors in the home. We have had RPM Construction build a 20 x 16 playhouse for our two daughters. He framed the building. Installed custom windows and french doors. RPM installed brazilian hardwood floors in it. Steve also designed and built a custom staircase made with poplar wood. He installed rod iron ballisters going up the stairs and loft balcony. RPM installed a ceiling fan with lights. The inside of the walls are tongue and groove walls and ceilings. He built custom boxes to cover the colar ties. He installed hardi siding on the outisde of the building. It literally looks like a small house in our backyard. The detail carpentry and finished work is outstanding. We have numorous compliments from several friends and family. RPM Construction roofed our house in 2008 and again in 2011 after the hail storm. In 2008 all the plywood had to be replaced before the shingles could be installed. Both roofs were dimensional roofing. He did an excellant job on our roof both times.

All trim is cut with "returns" not blunt/angled ends, We also offer sub-floor / floor joist repairs, due to leaking toilets,ice makers,tubs. All roofing is done to manufactors requirements- correct nail count and on the nail line everytime every shingle.
