Purchased and Installed a brand new unit and it is not working properly. Keeps saying will send someone out and no one shows, now they are making excuses and ignoring our phone calls.

I would like to report the pro, wanted to have them to check the central air they charged $200 for the visit the owner called me to ask if were able to rent to his worker, and now I can get him out and he is not paying rent. I also referred him to a friend and they are also filling a complaint because they were scammed

They did work for me the first time and I have called them back to see what is going on and I have asked for an invoice and he is promising me he will sent it and he is not keeping his word. It has been two and a half weeks and my system is not cooling like it should.

Myron contacted us within 15 minutes of us submitting our information on Home Advisor and got on the job of figuring out what was going on with our 17 year old 2.5 ton HVAC unit. As a Professional Engineer with over 35 years experience in HVAC I found Myron to be very knowledgeable and honest about what my options were for getting my AC system up and running. Unfortunately we needed to replace our furnace, evaporator and condensing unit and Myron recommended the Run Tru by Trane at a very competitive price and we had his folks install the system. They showed up on time to install the system and did their work in a very professional manner. They left the job site cleaner than it was before they came. Overall we are very happy with the results and will call Myron when our other unit needs to be replaced.

Worked during sleet and rain to repair an older model heat pump.

I feel their overall business practices are poor. They keep promising me things that do not happen. They showed up late and came back past midnight to complete work at my property.

Denton called back with in 2 hrs. of the post online, kept in close communication and came out as soon as possible. He didn't try to upsell me at all, he was very honest and it was a worthwhile endeavor.

They were the first to call me out of the several i left messages with. They let me know when they'd arrive and kept me updated. I appreciated that. He explained all he did and fixed the problem and helped me with another small issue i had that i didnt expect help with. Overall, great job, would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Perfect temp did an excellent job with my heat pump install at a great price. Derek, the mechanic who installed my unit was well experienced, and he did a great job putting the system in. It looks great! I would recommend Perfect Temp to anyone looking to have an HVAC system replaced. I am very satisfied!
