MOBILE MIX CONCRETE SVC & DSGN

I received quotes from three contractors. Mobile Mix and one other quote were very similar in cost ($50 difference), the third quote was significantly higher. Although Mobile Mix was $50 higher than the low quote, I thought Mobile Mix had the best suggestions for minimizing future damage from the roots of the oak tree and that would produce the most aesthetically pleasing result. And overall, their quote included doing more work than the lowest quote. The quote was provided promptly, and the crew showed up on schedule. They were also willing to change their original schedule at the last minute so as to minimize disruption to the tenant of the building. The final result exceeded my expectations. The sidewalk now curves gracefully around the tree to the front steps. The new sidewalk on the side of the house connects in a graceful curve to the front sidewalk. The tenants reported several compliments from their customers on how nice the finished project looked. Not only does the design look very attractive, the detail of the concrete work is excellent.
