Description of Work: This is a property management company. The rate of service is a common 10%, which was not the issue. The tenants they recommended did major damage to the property and trashed the house. After 3 months attempting to evict them, we found plenty of evidence suggesting they would not be good risk at all. Upon further investigation, we learned the tenants were not screened and were placed by a conflict of interest on the part of the management company. This one experience cost us close to $20,000. A landlord's nightmare...the kind of nightmare a property management company is supposed to protect clients from. Mango Hut does not see themselves as responsible in any way. They certainly didn't behave responsibly. Do NOT hire them.
