M & M Mowing Services Inc

Used M&M last year and was very economical and generally dependent. Decided to use again this year, as did neighbors to left and right of me. Had them provide mulch, mowing, trimming, edging and removal of fallen tree branch at our rental property. Was extremely satisfied, although rather expensive ($400), plus weekly mowing of $35. Requested quote for current home and agreed on same price of $400 for mulch and trimming, plus weekly mowing of $25. Was supposed to do the job on Monday. Never showed up but responded late Monday evening via text that they would be there first thing Tuesday morning. Tuesday night - no mulch and no contact. Eventually responded to multiple texts and said they couldn't do it until Saturday. Expressed extreme dissatisfaction to Mike and he said his mowing had to come first. I told him that was disappointing and I could not count on him at his word. Fired him from both the mulch and both yards for mowing. Very sad as his crew normally did an excellent job. However, a man's word should mean something and it didn't in this case.

Each year we rake our leaves into two large piles and hire someone to haul off. Mike has performed this work for us two or three years in a row. Seem to have trouble getting him out to do the job when he says, but in the past he has always come through eventually. This year, after and quot;hiringand quot; him via a phone call on April 23rd, almost two months later and Mike is a no-show. Have left numerous messages and sent numerous texts to Mike but no return call or text. If the job was too small, he should have let me know so that I could make other arrangements. Very unprofessional.

Started with a knock on my door. They gave me a fair price and I used them bi-weekly for almost two years.

They have been very good so far. Their price is comparable to everybody else in the area. They are very responsive.
