I do most of the repairs myself. It was a fair price. Punctuality was fine. I would use them again if we had the need for it. Hopefully we don't.

At first, the services provided were sufficient; however, when the plumbing job that was performed proved to be faulty (water backing up into my basement), we could never get Loudon Co. Plumbing to return to address the problem.  The owner called and said he would be there countless times,



|BUT never showed up!!!  Of course, he had already been paid in full.  I would never recommend this company to anyone.  If I pay for a service, I expect any issues to be resolved to my full satisfaction.  Sadly, this was not the experience that we had with this company!!!!!

No longer trusted Loudon Plumbing so had RotoRooter located in Powel, TN inspect and quote. They only charged $50 higher plus $125 materials but replaced long section of galvanized with PVC and less sharp turns, and added clean out access in pipe rack where I will put hinge door. Also replaced P drain piping under sink. Turned out after replacing galvanized with PVC still had to run snake through new access and had no problems doing so. Had 2 men on the job for about 4 hours. Drain woking well now. They removed also the head that Loudon Plumbing broke off in the Galvanized pipe. Loudon Plumbing never came back 1/10/2011 as promised, and still has their ladder and hose on our deck. Very bad experience with Loudon Plumbing. It would appear they only are capable of addressing very simple jobs, and do not know how to clean clogged Galvanized pipe drains.

My wife and I were very pleased with the performance that he did. The plumber did an excellent job and there are no longer any drainage problems. He was very neat with his work and very professional. I thought it would cost a fortune to have cleaned but it didn't.

The installation of the commode went fine. I think the gentleman worked rather quickly and he did clean up after himself too. He left nothing behind for me besides a properly working toilet. It was an easy experience that also did not cost me very much at all. I only paid for the installation, not the toilet. I thought they were reasonable and very professional.
