The installation crew was excellent and very professional. They cleaned up and took everything with them. There was no issue with their crew at all no obnoxious language. Would hire again and again!!

Good, We had a couple issues with the gate and the installer was very quick to respond and fix the gate.

Great company and service. Started with quote matching and good solutions for our yard. They were able to do the job a week earlier than others and were spot on time. They also delivered a great quality fence in a quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Fence was installed on schedule and looks great. I would have given a A for punctuality instead of a B except that I had to call to find out when the work would be completed. However, they did work on the weekend to finish it up and that was appreciated and unexpected. Would use again and their price was lower than other quotes I received.

Fence looks good and is high-quality. Some rough spots along the way where fence posts were set in concrete before okaying the fence-line with me. Crew was going by flags placed by salesman that were not in the places we had discussed; I was concerned about fence being outside my property line on my neighbors' property. Live and learn--this is only the second time in my life I have dealt with a fence company and I wish we had all communicated better. Fence was re-set in correct place.

The were here when they said they would be and the work was done promptly. The fence looks great.

LC Fence responded ASAP! Their Specialist, Barry, arrived early the very next day, walked the damaged section with me, explained what he thought needed to be done and how he would do it. Barry did an AWESOME repair! One would never know there had been any damage to the fence line. Our neighbor even commented on how great everything looked. When the news of our damaged new fence reached my sister-in-law last night, she asked when the fence would be repaired. It blew her socks off when I told her it was already done. Barry was extremely conscientious, meticulous, professional, and not only determined to get everything fixed right...but did! Thank you!

Decorative aluminum 5’ fencing was installed in non-wooded areas along the driveway and 5’ black vinyl coated chain link fencing installed in the woods. Our property is not flat, but challenging with hilly, sloped, and very steep areas. LC Fence again proved they can be counted on to “do things right.” Owner, Bill Morris is not only readily accessible, but responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Bill and his staff are very engaged with their crews and customers, alike, and need to be recognized for their 5-Star Customer Focus: Boone Moody, VP of Operations, and Jeff Jones, Sales Manager, make it known they are there for you and both have the experience to know what they are talking about. We had a lot of questions and each time they readily explained and/or came out and showed the why’s and how’s of each step in the process. Jack and his crew--Phillip, and Matt, finished up today; were enthusiastic, professional, obviously enjoy what they do and work well with their customers. Beverly handles the office calls and paperwork and is consistently pleasant and efficient. LC Fence also fortified the chain link with a large dog(s) in mind. We are very pleased with the installation and will absolutely be calling on LC Fence again!

The job was good. Very efficient and the installers kept in touch with us. Had to remind them to repair ruts they made in the field but they were very responsive. The only snag was that we had asked that corners be rounded in the pastures - told the sales person and the installers. That wasn't done.

Excellent. Jeff came out and worked with us to pick the type of fence, (black aluminum with two gates), and the exact location, which ended up being about 170 ft of fencing. He was professional, and had a very good understanding of our options. The installation happened while we were out of state, but the communication was very good. Once finished, they sent us pictures to review. It looks great and the price ending up being slightly less than the original quote. We are very pleased.

Never had a fence installed of any sort. Began surfing the internet for providers and was originally drawn to a few select companies. After contacting providers, reviewing testimonials, and talking with representatives, I choose Loudon County Fence.



From the very first call that I made to Loudon County Fence, I felt they completely understood what I was looking for. They promptly responded by sending out Eric to assess my property and make recommendations based on my need. They didn't try to upsell me but rather made suggestions that made sense. They were extremely competitive on price and worked within my schedule. We had many projects going on at the time and timing of the fence was essential. They not only worked within my schedule but also showed up when they said they would and put in complete days to finish the job on time. We had originally agreed on a certain length of fence but when we decided to shorten the total length, they promptly refigured the total cost and presented us with a new invoice. They never took a dime from us upfront and only requested payment after we had inspected their work upon completion.



Great first fence experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality fence, great customer service and at a competitive price.

Overall great experience. Our neighbors had a fence done by another company, so we called them to get a quote. We were talking about it with our friends at church, and they said to give Loudon County a call. I'm glad we did. The salesman came out, and was on time, unlike the other company. Once he got the price back to me, they were about $400 cheaper.
They didn't ask for a deposit, which was nice as often as you see Don Dare talk about shady construction companies. It makes you not trust anyone. They called and gave us an install date. Their installer showed up on time, was very professional, and started working. Once the fence was done, I called in my payment over the phone.
Very happy with the service. Great price and great service are hard to come by nowadays!

The salesman was polite and helpful. The workmen were professional and did the work when agreed upon.
I had other estimates from other companies and selected this company because of price, workmanship and great support from the office people.

I asked for a quote. It seemed quite high. I asked why and got a few reasons. I needed to get the fence done so I said OK. While waiting for installation day I got another quote from one of your A rated companies. I read them all the details from my 1st quote to make sure it was a good comparison. The 2nd quote was almost $500 less but I was already committed to Loudon. The work was excellent. The installers took pains to give me options and do things exactly like I wanted. I was very satisfied with the work. When I called up to pay the lady asked how things went. I told her the work was excellent but the price was very high. She said she would pass along my comment. No one ever called me to discuss my concern. I'll never use these guys again without getting another estimate 1st.

I'd been jerked around by Bryant fencing for 3 weeks with promises of great deals (promised to save me $500!), but I finally realized he wasn't going to deliver. Thus, I called back Loudon County Fence and Champion Fence. Champion had the best quote, but I was turned off by their rude guy who gave me an estimate. I adored working with Tom on the estimate, but their price quote was significantly higher, so I asked Loudon County Fence if they would match Champion's price. They said yes, and I am soooo happy!!! Tom was superbly nice and easy to work with. There was a mix up in the starting time which was frustrating, but Tom made sure my fence was done the day we had set up. My house turned out to have concrete 14" from the siding, so the guy who installed it had to come back the next day to "fill the hole" because he couldn't drive the posts into concrete. I was less than pleased with the final result, it looked tacky and my small dog could still get out the 6" hole at the bottom. Tom quickly responded and welded me a custom panel to put in its place. Now my fence is secure and looks great. I am very happy with the result of the fence, dealing with the employees (the receptionist is so pleasant and helpful!) and that the company was willing to match the competitor's price. Loudon County Fence was straight forward, honest, on time, delivered a good product and was prompt on fixing any issues I had. I recommend them 100%!!!

Very fast the installers were very professional and polite. I would have preferred the drive way be cleaned off after pouring the cement but I didn't ask before and therefore not in the contract.

The crew was always professional and were always there when they told me they would be. Fence was done very quickly and looks great. Have had no problems with the fence or the company and I recommend them to anyone who asks. Plan on having my original existing fence, that was there when I bought the house, replaced within the next couple of years and they will be the only one I call. The crew was also very careful not to let my dogs out of the yard when they were there, which means a lot.
