Excellent service. Issues were fixed.

I called Tim Lord because he is the plumber that originally plumbed our house when it was built in 1999.  He returned my call that same day and we set up a date and time that worked for both of us.  He was here on the day and at the time we had agreed upon.  When he saw that the faucet was recessed  behind the tile and that there was only about a five inch hole to work through, he became concerned that he might have to cut out the dry wall behind the faucet or remove some tile to be able to get at the problem.  Neither idea was pleasant for me to think about.  I asked him to please try to re-solder the copper tubing first before we do any more damage to the bath room.  He agreed and though it took him over two hours working in this small hole he was able to complete the repair without any additional damage to the bath room.  He then reset the toilet and cleaned up the work area, it was as if no one had ever been there, clean as a pin.  Tim is a good, honest man and an expert at what he does.  I will only use Tim Lord for plumbing repairs and installations, no one else.

I was very pleased with Lords Plumbing.  A couple months ago in January.  He put in a sink in my library, like a wet bar sink.  It was a reasonable amount, I just don't remember the exact amount.  A few hundred bucks, but that represents several little jobs it wasn't just the sink.  It was a reasonable price, I didn't have problems with his price.  This is what I go by, I want somebody that is competent in their skill level and reasonable on their price and think he's both competent and reasonable.  I like that combination I think you get better value.  He is fair.  It's worth paying him for the service that he provides.   

Lords put the water line, they replaced the foyer in my bathroom, replaced a colloid. I would give them an overall "C". Their prices are reasonable.

Tim is very dependable as far as work is concern and his price is reasonable. He's very well know within our local community, in fact in our street maybe there's four or five of us that use him regularly.

He did a great job and we haven't had any problems with that water pipe since the repair. He was very reasonably priced although I couldn t recall the exact price. Tim is very competent and knows his business. We have used him for all of our plumbing needs for the past 5 or 6 years.
