HORRIBLE...to this day our wood floors are terrible. Of course between the mold, lack of insulation, defective flooring (underlayment for tile) and so much more and his attitude was a nightmare---Stay far away from this builder.
Description of Work: He was suppose to build us a custom built house. Our dream home. What we got was a NIGHTMARE.

G. Michael O’Hara Design & Build, L.L.C built a custom home for [member name removed] completed in June of 2010. The home has been checked by a structural engineer & home inspector and found to be structurally sound & in excellent condition. There was an issue with the tile under layment, in that it was a defective material in which we waited on the company’s insurance to pay to replace, thus the work could not be performed until 2013. The [member name removed] is a beautiful home that we are proud to have constructed. While not perfect, our company completely resolved every issue 100%, not matter how minor they were.
