E U ROMOT

I brought the car to Euromot and the owner seemed to know his way around my Volvo very well. He assumed it was a broken timing belt and told me how much it would be. He later found out it wasn't the timing belt, but a problem with the ECM. He fixed it and replaced the water pump and timing belt because they needed to be replaced. That job took him 3 weeks. The repair lasted 1 day. I brought my car back to him the day after it broke down and he worked on it (only charging me for parts due to his improper original diagnosis). It took him another 4 weeks to get my car running and working for me. During that time, parts seemed to keep malfunctioning while he was supposed to be fixing it and an additional "dummy light" was lit up when he returned my car to me. He explained that as probably a broken sensor. He was also supposed to fix my ABS module and he didn't even touch it!

I was very impressed because the mechanic was able to figure out the problem right away and I couldn't figure out for the life of it what was wrong. He was super and very knowledgeable. I did not think the cost was too bad either.
