Dailey Resources is a third party service provider for Best Buy/Geek Squad.Dailey Resources failed to show up for their first appointment because they had to order the parts. They failed to communicate this to us. They then didn't show up for their next appointment because they claimed I called in and told them that I was going to fix the television myself. False. I never told them anything of the sort. We were given the run around for over a month until Best Buy agreed to just give us a new television because Dailey Resources failed to do their job. DO NOT USE DAILEY RESOURCES!
Description of Work: They were scheduled to come to our house and service a television that was covered by a service plan at Best Buy.

[removed member's name] does not seem to have the knowledge to understand how his warranty works. Let me explain. He purchased his TV from Best Buy. Best Buy SOLD him a extended warranty provided by and covered by AIG warranty. AIG Warranty is who is responsible for fixing his TV not Best Buy as they only sold the policy. AIG uses a 3rd party called ServiceNet Solutions, ServiceNet Solutions uses a 3rd party called ServicePower who handles the dispatch and provides parts to the Service center which was Dailey Resources, INC. Dailey Resources, INC only supplies the manpower to install those parts only. WE CAN NOT ORDER THE PARTS from anyone other than his warranty company. Now that said. We will discuss how the dispatch works. We receive a dispatch via email, in order for Service Power to do the dispatch they have to put in a scheduled service date. They are suppose to tell the customer the service center will contact them and get their information regarding their tv, if we know what is wrong with the TV, then we order the parts from the customers warranty provider and wait to receive the part to install it. Now, We received the dispatch for [removed member's name] on 10/14/2013. I accepted the job, my office Manger called and spoke to [removed member's name] and got all his information on 10/15/2013, he was told then we new what the issue was and would order the part and we would not need to come out. Issue was a Lamp. On 10/15/2013 I logged onto ServicePowers website (his warranty company's provider site) ordered his lamp from them as again we can not get it from any other sources without their authorization. During this time. Aig was moving their dispatch provider from National Electronics to Service Power. Service Power system was not placing the orders. I had sent emails, and left messages with Service Power regarding [removed member's name] lamp order. I received no calls. Finally on 11/14/2013 after my office manager set on hold for almost 2 hrs trying to get someone from Service Power to find out what was going on. They asked me if I could just order it, as they have been having issues with their system. I placed the order and we called and let [removed member's name] know the lamp would be here on the following Monday. 1 hr before the lamp came in on Monday, Service Power sent us a notice of Cancellation on 11/20/2013. Now all of this being said. Dailey Resources Inc has been in business for over 10 years, we work hard to support our customers and go above and beyond to help them in any way we can. Out of the 10 years, we have never had a bad rating. With that being said, I think our record stands for itself. Who is responsible for [removed member's name] issue? Not Best Buy and not Dailey Resources, Inc. The ball was dropped by ServicePower. We went above and beyond to help [removed member's name]. However, slandering a company who tried to help you is not very HUMAN or professional.
