Ken texted me on his way, showed up on time, had a friendly demeanor, was very professional in his work. He stayed with me while we programmed my cellphone to work the system. It took a bit of time because the internet was running slow that day. Also, he did not try to up-sell me on other services. Definitely will use this company again

Kim came over for an HVAC tune up the day after I made a phone call to him. Very professional, friendly, and informative. Costs were very reasonable when compared with some of the larger heating and cooling companies. Would definitely use them again for work/maintenance in the future.

Pfaff Air was honest, fast and fair. There was a damaged piece that Pfaff didn’t have to replace, but they did, and at no cost to me. It was an extra trip with nothing in return for them, which made us realize their customer is important to them. Recommend Highly!
