TJ Bates cleaned our windows and screens inside and outside including our screens. He also pressure washed the driveway. He did a great job and I’d recommend him to anyone needing their windows washed.

TJ was amazing to work with. He was very responsive, and even followed up the following day to see if had any further questions about his initial quote(which was very fairly priced by the way). The service was thorough and quickly completed. Gutters were cleaned and power washed including the garage doors. All windows were washed inside and out. They even replaced the batteries in a operable shade on a 17 foot high window. I will hire again.

My only disappointment was that I thought they told me they would wipe out the window sills. We are to old to do this ourselves. The window cleaning was excellent.

"Sandra, We deeply apologize because this definitely seems like a case of miscommunication and I wish we would of done a better job at making sure we were both on the same page. That being said, I do recall telling you that our estimate includes the cleaning of the glass and after each window cleaned we wipe up our drips which usually cleans up the ledges as well (not the sills.) Had we known that you wanted your sills cleaned, we would of gladly taken care of that for you. The windows that you only wanted exterior cleaning on had the full size screens that you unlatched from the inside and nothing was mentioned to TJ or I during that step or"
