My project was pushed back twice due to their scheduling conflicts. Finally on the day they were supposed to start, they didn't contact me and they didn't show up. They were not reliable!

Martin landscaping completed the job in both a timely and sufficient manner. They brought in top soil and leveled out a section of yard that was prone to flooding and also created a berm to prevent excess water entering my yard. They also seeded and strawed area. I would hire them again for future projects.

We were desperate for help in removing overgrown weeds and dead bushes. We needed complete landscaping for the front of our house and a new patio addition. Also wanted small blooming trees and overall addition of color to our yard. Lee was understanding of our needs and provided expert advice on plants and layout. It was a tough job. Our advanced age has led to neglect of outdoor projects. There were some delays mainly due to weather and overlapping jobs as our water pipe had to be replaced also during this time. Looks great! I had my front landscaping bed redone. Lee did a great job assessing the area and making recommendations on which plants work well together. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the quick communication.

Lee is friendly and personable, and offered what was easily the best price of any of the quotes we received for this project. If you're considering hiring Lee know that he works with a small crew of one to two additional persons, and because of the smaller size the project may take a longer than expected. Weather also conspired to delay our project for several weeks. That said, Lee was always apologetic for any delays and did his best to work within the constraints of weather and the demands of other projects. Overall we are satisfied with the result and would recommend Martin Lawnscapes to someone looking to do a similar project for their yard or patio.
