Cabinet Making
I was called to set up an appointment which I did. It was set for the following Wednesday at 7pm. It took about 30 min to set the appt because the person speaking to me kept talking to other people at the same time. When I received my email confirmation the appointment time was for 3pm not 7pm. If they can not get that right why would I hire them?

Window Service
Lowe's did a great job with our windows. They were great to deal with as far as ordering and the installation was also very good. We liked the price we paid and would highly recommend them to others.

Plumbing
I would not hire Lowes for plumbing services. My toilet is still not working, and I paid plumbing prices to have it fixed. I'm going to have to hire someone else. This time it's going to be an actual plumber.

Roofing
The crew did a good job. The sales people at Lowes was also good. The workers didn't arrive on the right day, but this got straightened out quickly. They also gave me a price break because of it.

The reputation is good and there pricing to me is very good. I think that their product is made great. The respect of the guys were no problem.
