They took care of the problem with ease and without hassle

Called late afternoon to request service and they said they could be there 1st thing next morning unless I needed service earlier, which I did not. Showed up as promised and required panel to be replaced, service man left and returned within an hour had heat shortly there after! This company has been great time and time again. So prompt and always professional!

Lebanon Heating and Air did a great job.  The upstairs unit was freezing up so we called them.  They replaced the fan and fan switch on one visit.  The unit froze up again shortly after, and they came back and diagnosed the problem with the relay and fixed that.
We are always very happy with their service.  They fix the problems and give us honest advice and service at a reasonable price, which is better than I can same of some of the other vendors I've done business with when it comes to HVAC.

The purchasing experience was pleasant, non-pressure and efficient. The installation was quick, efficient and timely.

I called in the morning and someone came out that day.

I also used them about a year and a half ago to put in a new secondary unit.

They come right out when I call them. They are very careful when they come into my home. They always make sure they clean their feet. I call them, and they let us know when they are coming usually within a day or so.
