Wendy met me for a consultation to discuss my thoughts for the room. She asks questions to understand your thoughts. Every room has it's challenges, but Wendy provides options and solutions. After our initial meeting, she helped me select the stone for the fireplace. I had looked at sofas for two years without success before i hired Wendy. I kept looking at the same beige sofas, similar to the one I already had. Wendy researched a number of stores, taking pictures or printing from websites. She met with me for an hour showing me various options that helped me focus on two options and I was able to go to the store and decide which one I like best. In just a couple hours I had finally selected the sofa and the bookcases. Wendy provided assistance in selecting the paint color and shopped for all the accessories for the room. Wendy finds some amazing accessories that make your room unique.
Not only does Wendy assist in the design of your room and shop to find the perfect accessories for your room but she also pulls the room together. iIn December 2007, we determined that we needed to downsize. Subsequently, after researching the housing market in the
Bucks County (PA) area, we decided that the best move for us would be to an and quot;over-55and quot; comunity. Fortunately, our real estate agent referred us to Larsen Redesigns, which is owned by Wendy Kokinda. We hired Wendy to and quot;stageand quot; our existing home to sell. Three days after the staging was completed, we placed our house up for sale. Although the housing market was in a decline, we signed an agreement of sale in 58 days. Given that there were several comparable homes in iterns of size and location on the market at the same time, it is clear that the staging was a significant dynamc in the relatively quick sale.
Based upon the fantastic work Wendy did in staging our existing house, we decided to employ her ingenuity to help us settle in our new home. Thus we hired her to help us find suitable furniture and accessories for our new home. The end product of her work is a beautifully furnished home which we both are extremely pleased.
For anyone contemplating a move, but especially individuals or couples who need to downsize and/or want to minimize the amount of stress in the moving provess, we strongly recommend engaging Larsen Redesigns. Wendy is a tremedously creative, responsible professinal.

Everything went great! We were so pleased with the Master Bedroom that Wendy did for Larsen Re-Design we kept going! She ended up doing our Dining Room, Family Room, and Sitting Room. She really kept in mind our casual and cozy way of liking things and we were 100% blown away by the results. We loved the way she made our rooms beautiful and functional. I think she would be able to adapt easily to different tastes, as a matter of fact I know so, because she ended up doing a room for my brother and my parent's and they always tell me they are so happy they did this. This was money very well spent!!!
